Flax genotypes with horizontal resistance to pasmo (septoria) for breeding purposes

چکیده
Relevance . Flax pasmo currently belongs to the most common diseases in flax-growing regions of Russian Federation. In years epiphytotics, losses from disease can increase up 25–30%. Purposeful breeding work for resistance is restrained, first all, by absence highly resistant initial forms long-lived flax. The purpose our research was search genotypes with horizontal flax use programs resistance. Methods total assessment harmfulness criterion «area under development curve», stability index each sample calculated. Results conditions Tver region (2019–2021) an infectious nursery on artificially provocative background field, collection and material determined dynamics. During research, 731 were analyzed, level genotype study, 61 different levels protection identified, characterized a delayed type development. 0.26–1.8 cu. greatest immunological value represented 29 (L-2815-7-1, L-2808-8-5, L-2633-8-1, 0-15157-6-4, 0-15157-6-14, 0-13606-8-7, L-2815-7-1, L-3003-6-4, r-311-538-9, r-61-523-9, L-2947-6-3 etc.) view high index. Тhe highlighted Selected samples should be used programs. These two three showed average (0.26–0.6 cu) stability.

Characterization of Flax Germplasm for Resistance to Fusarium Wilt
Fusarium wilt of flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini (Fol) is an economically important disease that can result in severe yield losses. Due to the pathogen’s ability to survive in soil for long periods, it is essential to identify fusarium wilt resistant flax varieties. The objectives of the study were to phenotype and compare a recombinant inbred line (RIL) p...
متن کاملBreeding for Salt-Resistance Using Transgressive Segregation in Spring Wheat
Hybrid populations (F3) derived from cross between four moderate salt-resistant spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were assessed for transgressive segregation of salt-tolerant genotypes allowing germination and emergence at 350 mM NaCl for 30 days. The achieved Selection intensity was the order of 0.24-0.27 in these segregation populations (22-25 seedlings from 9000 seeds). Assessment of trans...
متن کاملBreeding plants for resistance to nematodes.
Plant breeders and nematologists have developed improved cultivars of important crop species with resistance to plant-parasitic nematodes. The effectiveness of these breeding efforts has depended on the availability of efficient screening procedures, identification of adequate sources of durable resistance, nature of the nematode feeding habit, and knowledge of the inheritance of resistance. Th...
